Client receives all services of the 1:1 Wellness Workshop (above) PLUS follow-up sessions. Follow-up sessions are client-driven and where we work more intensely on specific, small changes that will explore a client's potential, drive intrinsic motivation and support self-discovery as they move forward towards their best version of themselves.
